この度亀戸アートセンターではドキドキクラブとオカダキサラによる二人展「DOKIDOKISARA」を開催いたします。
誰もが知っていたけれど、気づいてはいなかった日常の些細な‘‘おもしろ‘’を執拗に深掘りし、さまざまなメディアを用いそれを提示しているドキドキクラブ。何気ない日常と隣り合わせに存在する「非日常」を撮り続けているストリート写真家、オカダキサラ。
ごく普通の街角で繰り広げられる人々のおかしみを、その独特の嗅覚で見逃すことなくキャプチャーし、作品へと転化する二人。鑑賞者は、二人の掬い取ったドラマティックでユーモアに溢れた「日常」に触れることで、少し視点を変えるだけで見えてくる、魅力的な景色があることに気付かされます。
本展はそれぞれの作品の他、会場の高低差を生かしたオカダキサラによるインスタレーション作品、この展覧会のために二人が合作したコラージュ作品で構成されます。

Kameido Art Center is pleased to present “DOKIDOKISARA,” a two-person exhibition by Dokidokiclub and Okadakisara.
Doki-Doki Club relentlessly digs deep into the trivial ''fun'' in everyday life that everyone knew about but did not notice, and presents it using a variety of media. Okada Kisara is a street photographer who has been capturing the ''extraordinary'' that exists alongside the ordinary, everyday life.
With their unique sense of smell, these two artists capture the silliness of people on ordinary street corners without missing a beat and transform it into a work of art. By experiencing the dramatic and humorous “everyday life” captured by the duo, viewers are reminded of the fascinating scenery that can be seen from a slightly different perspective.
This exhibition will consist of their individual works, an installation work by Kisara Okada utilizing the difference in elevation of the venue, and a collage work created by the two artists for this exhibition.

東京生まれ、武蔵野美術大学卒業。2011年、第4回1_WALLファイナリスト。2015年、Juna21に入選。2016年、コニカフォトプレミオ入選。2023年、第1回キヤノン「GRAPH GATE」優秀賞受賞。2024年よりえるマネージメントに所属。

5/25(土)、26(日) 「DOKIDOKISARA」フォトウォーク&フォトドローイングのワークショップを開催します。
ドキドキクラブさん、オカダキサラさんのお二人と一緒にぶらぶら散歩しながらスナップ写真を撮影し、その写真の上から何か描いてみようというワークショップです。二人は普段どんな写真の撮り方をしてるのか、その視点や撮影のポイントを身近に体験できる機会となります。また、撮影した画像の上から文字やイラストを付け加えて写真の新たな楽しみ方を発見してみましょう。

定員 : 両日7人

完成した作品を公開し合い、撮影やドローイングのポイントをプレゼンしていただき、講師と参加者でわいわいコメントする。
